All New Topics have their title highlighted in red.

Your Own Topics have their title highlighted in Cyan.

Clicking The Treble Clef Icon on either end of the title at the top of screen will filter the records to only show music posts

This report is designed to open the links within to a new page so that you can come back to here when you have done. If you need to refresh the data when you get back. Just click the reset link.

Clicking The  Clear  Button Will Set All Of The List To Be Set As Completed. You Will Be Asked To Confirm First

Much of the following relates to the songs that you will see in this report. There may be many more songs than you see in the first page. i.e. there can be many pages. The total number of records is called a record set which may span several pages.

The A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y links at the top of the screen will search the Song Title for all titles within the scope of the report that start with that letter

The 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 File Selectors are both a visual indication (fuel gauge) (i.e. If All the numbers are red, you are seeing all the records in the one page) of where you are in the record set plus allow you to move to a given perentage within the records. i.e. 5 will skip 50% of the file and show you records from that point.

The  <<     <     >     >>  section, are the record navigators. Use these to display more of the posts avaialable as follows
The  <<  link will take you to the first page of the record set
The  <  link will take you to the Previous page of the record set
The  >  link will take you to the next page of the record set
The  >>   link will take you to the last page of the record set
The Topic Title Link will resort the report by the Topic Title. New Topics Will Highlight The Title In Red
The First Posted Link will resort the report by the First Posted
The Reply From Link will resort the report by the Commenters Name
The Reply Time Link will resort the report by the Reply Time In Descending Order
The Replies Link will resort the report by the Replies in Descending Order

The C L and S columns will help navigate the entire forum as follows

The C Column works in different modes depending on whether you are the originator of the topic or not.

If you are the originator then a tick in this column indicates that you are the last person to post in the topic and the topic will be considered Completed if you use the default settings.

If you prefer not to use the Auto Complete action, then you can change this to a manual version where you can decide when the topic is completed and mark it as complete when you are ready. This option can be found in the admin section of your Web Page Settings Menu. Click here to go to your Web Page then click the Settings Menu option and search for "Use Manual Completion"

If you are not the originator of the topic then a tick in this column indicates if you have already commented within the Topic. This will always be shown automatically.

The L Column indicates whether you have clicked the like button or not within the topic.

The S Column indicates whether you have seen the topic or not. When you are up to date with the topic, the tick icon will be diplayed. If the topic is further updated by other people, the tick will be removed.

The Image Will reveal the text only contents of the reply that was written in the current message.

Clicking The checkbox at the top of all other checkboxes will select all of the other checkboxes below ready to be marked as complete. You may click again to toggle all of the checkboxes. You may also go down the list and select or deselect any number of checkboxes that you require.

The image at the bottom of all of the checkboxes will remove any of the selected messages from your To Do List. If and when another post gets made into any of the selected topics. Then the topic will reappear in your list.

The  RESET    Button at the top left of the group will remove all current selections and return to when you first entered the report

Key To Colour Code For Topic Title
Colour Code Is Red For Topic Title = Not Looked At
Colour Code Is Purple For Topic Title = Completed
Colour Code Is Cyan For Topic Title = Your Own Topic
Colour Code Is Yellow For Topic Title = You Are The Last Poster In This Topic
Colour Code Is Green For Topic Title = Topic Is Partially Completed
